Proposed Regional Fire Authority - Wenatchee Valley Fire Department
At separate Special Meetings on April 26, 2022, the Board of Fire Commissioners for Chelan County Fire District 1 and Douglas County Fire District 2 approved the attached Regional Fire Protection Service Authority Plan for the proposed Wenatchee Valley Fire Department. On
August 2, 2022 a proposition will be submitted to the voters asking to create the Wenatchee Valley Fire Department which will operate as a regional fire authority pursuant to the approved Plan.
