Chuck Fenton

Fire Chief

Chief Fenton started with the Fire District as a Volunteer Firefighter.  He was hired as a Paid Firefighter in 1980.

Prior to coming to Douglas County Fire District #2, Chief Fenton was at Chelan County Fire District #1 from 1975 - 1977.

Before becoming Chief on April 1 2005 he was a Captain and  then Asst. Chief of Operations.

He is Board Chairman for TIP (Trauma Intervention Program, Inc.)

Member - Wenatchee Kennel Club

Member - Chelan Co. Volunteer Services / Search & Rescue

Chief Fenton spends his off duty time involved in Search  and Rescue with his two Bloodhounds

Tucker and Lucy.

He enjoys all aspects of training his hounds in trailing. Both in town and in the wilderness and

Mantrailing (tracking) with   local Law Enforcement.
