Jeff Stephens

Captain

Jeff was hired by Fire District 2 on May 15, 2001 and was promoted to his present position on August 1, 2006  Jeff joined the Volunteer Association in 1998.   Previously Jeff was a career firefighter with Chelan County Fire District 1.

Jay Vanderpool

Firefighter

Firefighter Vanderpool was hired in 1980.  Before coming to the Department he was a Shift Officer at Chelan County Fire District No. 1.

Jay has served the Department as it's Public Education Officer, Public Information Officer and is a member of the

Washington State Public Fire Educators where he was a Member of the Board for several years.

Firefighter Vanderpool was responsible for getting the Department into the computer age.  He purchased the Departments first Computers and set up the Server with Fire Service and Office software.   He also established the Departments presence on the web by designing the Departments Web Site.

Sean Clarke

Firefighter

Sean was hired full time in May 2006.  Prior to joining the Volunteers Sean was a Resident at Chelan County Fire District No. 1.  From there Sean worked for the National Park Service in Yosemite and for the USFS with the Wenatchee Rappellers.

Sean is in charge of the Fire Districts Physical Fitness Program. 

When not working Sean enjoys the outdoors on his Dirt Bike, Mountain Bike, Hiking and Camping.  Sean also enjoys working out.
